What Is Spiritual Discernment?
Keeping in mind that you are spirit first (not senses first), spiritual discernment is:
The spiritual capability of being able to:
- Make accurate and enlightening assessments from your spiritual core and from a spiritual perspective. (Some might call this intuition.)
Spiritual discernment is much more than a superficial assessment of a persons, places, and/or things.
Cultivating this essential capability requires you to embrace the spiritual element of your existence (in the highest and best sense) as something that is not only real, but the undercurrent of everything in your life. Once you reconcile this, you will begin to think and operate with greater clarity and purpose.
